Congratulations to Cody Williams for earning Athlete of the Month during April.
Since coming on board Cody has came to the gym, worked hard, and gotten better each day. He is a strong athletic guy who has also been mature enough to understand the importance of proper mechanics. Cody's smile goes on for days and the energy he brings to each class inspires his fellow athletes. Congrats on all your hard work and keep it up.

When did you realize crossfit is right for you?
When i realized I hate cardio and needed something more to push myself
What's your favorite WOD/movement?
I really enjoy clean and jerks
What's your least favorite WOD/movement?
I really hate rowing!
What is one thing you have done at WC that you never thought u would do?
I was never able to do a lot of pullups, so I’m proud of how many more I can do. Next is double unders.
What motivates you during a WOD?
I’m a very competitive person so I would say that is what pushes me through.
What is something about yourself we may not know?
I guess to go against the rest of the gym I’m a die hard Michigan fan!!
What advice would you give someone just getting started with crossfit?
I was pretty upset at first doing the movements all wrong. Just take the advice from the coaches and it will all come together!
