When did you become a member at WC? I think January 2018
What do you do when you're not at WC? Work full time at Dart part time at Younkers and taking online classes to get my masters
When did you realize crossfit is right for you? Before I even started, I had been doing boot camp work outs but wanted more started searching for a box that was close to the area
What's your favorite WOD/movement? Annie!
What's your least favorite WOD/ movement? Fran!
What is one thing you have done at WC that you never thought u would do? Handstand walk—with the help of several people!
What motivates you during a WOD? I just get so lost and focused I forget all my problems at least for an hour, my happy hour, also time I think I can do anything for 15 minutes
What is something about yourself we may not know? I have been heavily involved with animal rescue for quite a few years, mainly TNR , trap-neuter-release, I’ve cleaned up Park Terrace and Willow Village feral cat problem, currently taking care of 3 kittens from a feral mom that quit taking care of her kittens
What advice would you give someone just getting started with crossfit? Give it time learning the wods and the movements can be frustrating but it’s rewarding
